Do I need to sign for my parcel when it is delivered?
We send all deliveries on a tracked Royal Mail service which does not require a signature, however high value orders may be sent on a service requiring a signature to offer enhanced security.

28 days on receipt of the delivery
Can I exchange an item?
We are able to offer an exchange via post or by contacting our customer services team on 020 7636 7130 between 9am - 6pm GMT, Monday to Friday.
When should I expect to receive my refund?
Within 3-5 days of us receiving the item back into our warehouse, refunds will be returned to the card the purchase was made from.
How do I update my personal details?

How can I find a particular product?
The collection is segmented and can be filtered by product type, colour and price using the navigation bars to assist. There is also a search facility on the website to search by item number or description.
What if I receive an incorrect item?
