UK standard delivery is charged at £4.99 and takes 2-3 days.
Express delivery service is offered and charged at £6.99 and takes 1-2 days. This service is exclusive to UK deliveries. Orders placed Monday to Friday before 3 pm GMT will be delivered within 1-2 days. Orders placed after 3pm Friday - Sunday Express delivery will be processed on Monday and will be delivered within 1-2 working days.
International deliveries are charged at £9.99, but charges can vary depending on country and weight, and usually take up to 7 days. Southern Ireland & Europe take 2-4 days and the Rest of the World 4- 7 days, but can be dependent on domestic postal services for the particular country.
Our returns are free and easy (excluding Southern Ireland and International territories), we hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn't quite right, you have 14 days to return. You must ensure the products are received by our online returns team within 14 days of receipt of your order, otherwise your refund may be refused.
Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used to place the order. Shipping costs are not refunded unless your items are faulty, or your order is cancelled. You will be notified by email once your refund has been received and processed.
If you decide to return something please ensure it is in perfect condition with all tags attached. This means:
- Clean (no deodorant, perfume or make-up stains)
You can return your order to any James Lakeland stand alone stores or via post. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns in our concessions or outlets within an independent department store or boutique.
To return your order simply re-package your parcel securely in the original packaging and attach the Royal Mail returns label enclosed, making sure to remove the original address label. Take to your nearest Post Office where you will be issued with a receipt, which should be retained until the refund is processed.
