UK Delivery Information

UK standard delivery is charged at £4.99 and takes 2-3 days. 

Express delivery service is offered and charged at £6.99 and takes 1-2 days. This service is exclusive to UK deliveries. Orders placed Monday to Friday before 3 pm GMT will be delivered within 1-2 days. Orders placed after 3pm Friday - Sunday Express delivery will be processed on Monday and will be delivered within 1-2 working days. 

International Delivery Information

International Deliveries £9.99 

Due to high demand and major delays in our courier networks and at UK ports, we are advising some delays for all EU and International orders. We cannot currently offer any confirmed delivery dates at this time but estimate approximately 7-21 working days. You can track your order via your account where our courier will be able to provide the most up to date tracking information.

All parcels are shipped directly from our warehouses in the UK, therefore some international orders may be liable for Custom Duty and local taxes.

Since the 1st January 2021, if your parcel is being delivered to any EU country, it may be liable for Custom Duty and Local Taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Failure to pay this additional duty or tax will result in your parcel being returned to us.

Please speak to your local Customs Office if you have any queries regarding this.

Returns Information


Anything bought during our 'LAST CHANCE' sale is just that - last chance and not eligible for a refund or exchange. If you have bought or thinking of buying during our Last Chance sale you will not be given a return label.

Our Last Chance sale is a limited sale, including one-off's limited edition stock or stock reduced upto 80% for a limited time only. 


Our returns are free and easy (excluding Southern Ireland and International territories), we hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn't quite right, you have 14 days to return. You must ensure the products are received by our online returns team within 14 days of receipt of your order, otherwise your refund may be refused.

Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used to place the order. Shipping costs are not refunded unless your items are faulty, or your order is cancelled. You will be notified by email once your refund has been received and processed. 

If you decide to return something please ensure it is in perfect condition with all tags attached. This means:

- Clean (no deodorant, perfume or make-up stains)

- Unworn

- Unwashed 

You can return your order to any James Lakeland stand alone stores or via post. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns in our concessions or outlets within an independent department store or boutique. 

To return your order simply re-package your parcel securely in the original packaging and attach the Royal Mail returns label enclosed, making sure to remove the original address label. Take to your nearest Post Office where you will be issued with a receipt, which should be retained until the refund is processed.
