RETURN POLICY

Customer satisfaction is always the top priority for me and as such we handle each query on an individual basis to the best of our ability. I wish that you are really happy with your order, however if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase James Lakeland Limited will offer you a full refund or exchange subject to terms and conditions.

We must stress that in order to refund or exchange. the item must be unworn and in perfect condition, with all the labels attached and in the original packaging. Please follow the steps below:

1. Email returns@jameslakeland.net adding your order number and item that you would like to return within 7 days of recieving your order to obtain a RMA number. This will be supplied to you via email.

2. Place your RMA number in a visible place on the parcel.

3. Send your parcel in using recorded delivery or courier service.

4. You will be notfied by email once your returns has been recieved and processed.
